1. Upon receipt of goods [top of page]
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please email our Customer Services Department at: customercare@FertilityCheck.com. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.

Please note that in order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

2. Missing items [top of page]
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small.

If you are certain an item is missing then please email our Customer Services Department at: customercare@FertilityCheck.com. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order to locate your missing item, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

3. Incorrect items [top of page]
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open the item as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent.

Please email our Customer Services Department at: customercare@FertilityCheck.com. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.

In order to investigate the error please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.

4. Order no longer required [top of page]
If you decide within two days of delivery that you no longer require your order, then you may arrange for it to be sent back. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition to which it was delivered.

A thorough inspection will be carried out by our Customer Service Department and you will be informed via an email of the outcome.

Please email our Customer Services Department at: customercare@FertilityCheck.com. Please provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.

In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order.

Note: Credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
